I see on your website the EQDIR cable comes up as a "releated product" Chris.

dilipsharan
Are there any reviews out covering the new Skywatcher EQ6-R? I saw one displayed at AstroFest 2017 in London but unfortunately there was no one to demonstrate it.
primordial atom
there are certainly a lack of reviews on the 'R' . Has anyone got one yet ?
UKJay1971
I'm picking one up tomorrow so I'll do a review once I get a chance to test it out
KemalOz
Has anyone used this mount? I would like to hear some feedback. How is the altitude adjustment? Is it with gears? Can it actually carry 20kg for AP?
Dinglem
I've had mine over a month now, it appears to be a lovely mount very quiet in operation, unfortunately the two times I've had it out to play with, by the time I've set it up and polar aligned it those pesky clouds rolled in The altitude adjuster to raise it up has a lever and spring mechanism that takes a bit of getting used to, but once mastered it works well, and I shouldn't have fiddle with it too much now. gwzapo
Has anyone been able to really try this mount out? I am strongly considering this mount as my first EQ mount. I've only used Alt-az mounts. Thanks, Gary
