Astronomy Research Papars

Recommended Posts

And other things.

i was listening to an astronomy cast. and they mentioned the below website

http://xxx.lanl.gov/

This is NOT a typo, the www. is indeed replaced by xxx.

it makes for some interesting reading, though its way above my head.

apparently it is one of the key places where mathematicians, physicists, and astronomers post the ir research before its published.

NASA has one as well, but u pay for it

this one is free

Take a look, might be of interested

arXiv is an invaluable resource.

Though you can possibly find more through NASA ADS.

http://adsabs.harvard.edu/

Site is free and where they can, they link to a downloadable PDF. A lot of the papers are hosted by other sites though, and they like you to pay. That said, you can always find the names of the papers from there and then see if your local library can access them...
