Noticed this as I was packing up so took a quick vid between the clouds.

AR2542 and 2543 started showing some activity.

Good catch Dave. It's not always the biggest ARs that are the most active, looked like '44 in the middle(ish) of the disk was most active first thing.

Hey have you taken the time yet & pointed 'Beasty' at the moon yet, if not you should do so.

Did a test run last night between clouds & my god it's good, yes it suffers CA on the limb but easily got rid of with processing, awesome scope mate

Took one or two of the daylight Moon a couple of weeks ago and they got saved in with the solar stuff and I lost them, will have another look for them.
