MOV to AVI registax

My Cannon outputs .mov mov files, how to i convert these into a format Registrax can work with?

And would recommend AutoStakkert2 over Registax these days ... ( http://www.autostakkert.com/ ) 

Reserve Reg for it's Wavelet function to use on the stacked output from AS!2 ...

cheers ill dable with pipp when i get my camera hooked up

I've a Canon 100D and can confirm pipp works, Just sometimes choosing one of the predefined settings throws out odd results.Also in the output option id change it to ULRG or the files can be huge.
