I just realized the issues while manually tracking DSOs. As i am new to astrophotograohy, my knowledge is limited. I will be taking short exposure shots and stacking them. But then i came to know that without an eq mount, I will b having field rotation in my images. Can this problem be corrected ????:confused2:

If the single exposure is too long it will show star trails before you see field rotation issues on a static mount I think. On tracking altaz mount field rotation is generally not seen until above 30 seconds as a rough rule.

Stacking multiple exposures in DSS handles static rotation as in between 10 images an object has rotated but each image is clean on trails. These images will stack fine.
