Jupiter + GRS and Europa transit (DSLR)

Had to get set up early for this - other things on the go - and couldn't find pole star so PA a bit rough. I did 10 vids each about 3 mins but had to hand guide them. Would have good to make an animation but the shots werent great, so probably not worth the trouble - anyhow this was the best of the bunch. "Not bad for a DSLR" - as they say! I think everyone found the seeing a bit off that night.

Ive since wondered if switching from PAL to NTSC format woud give improvement due to improved FPS. Presumably PIPP would still process is OK? Not sure I'm going to get a chance to check this out - maybe with Mars.

SW200P with TV powermate x5, Canon 550D video crop mode, AS!2, Registax, slight PS. No winJupos this time - didnt seem to help and gave problems with rings.
