Seeing only 6/10, here is Jupiter with Europa's shadow in transit. Only 40" diameter now as the planet recedes.

Thanks Neil, afraid the seeing has been very poor here the past few nights. Don't understand because the jetstream, is away from us at the moment.

Must be local effects.

Yours is the first report. ive had from different locations. seeing has been good here. But trans poor, what with Jupiter smaller and dimmer the good seeing hasn't really produced much better than I was getting. down to 30fps the other day with the Orion. I think its well past its best now Peter I may stop. its been fun though.

You have done particularly well this year Peter. You and that C 14 seemed to hit it off straight away. And have produced superb results in the UK
