Spec lab usr file!

Hi guys

Recent!y updated Spectrum lab to a newer version but seem to have lost my usr files somewhere in the process??. I've tried looking for them on the skyatnightmagzine web site but they seem have been taken down anyone point me to where I could find it/them please or maybe some better(?) ones?.
