How to clean filters?

I have some Baader L/HaRGB filters and they look a bit scruffy, even though they're in a box when not in use, in the filter wheel. I have some Baader Planetarium Optical Wonder liquid. Can I use that with a lens cloth?

Also, I've used it to clean my ASI cam's sensor very successfully. Could I use it on my Atik's sensor if that's where dust has got in?

Hi Alex,

The filters are quite hardy and I have used the wonder fluid and the baader micro cloth thing on mine as I am clumsy and fingerprint them each time I mess about with my filter wheel.

Thanks Matt. I used the B fluid but still had marks. I'll try mild detergent then distilled water and see how that goes.
