Hello All,

Since I read about mounting problems of RDFs on several fora, I would like to suggest that a very rigid and cheap solution I use,  is to mount a picatinny rifle scope rail on the scope's rings.
they are available in several lengths and work a lot better than the mounting shoes. Once aligned, always in the same position! The shortest version is just as long as the normal RDF.
