Smallest luna imaging setup

I use my AZ EQ 6 in Alt Az mode for Sun and Moon imaging.  It works fine but just make sure you get a webcam with a decent chip size so that you can allow for some image movement during capture.  I tend to lose the corners of any stack.

I started off with a Skymax 102 MakCas on a camera tripod (bought it this way off of ebay) and just held my compact camera to the eyepiece. I then moved onto an EQ3-2 (not driven) and a Philips SPC900NC web cam. I managed to get some rather good images.

You will be limited in video duration using an alt/az mount due to field rotation, but quick shots of the Moon should be fine.
