Acu 2S manual?

Hi!

I purchased Orion Optics VX12, and having problems with ACU 2S focuser.

However, it's very loose on some places and stiff on other. There are lot's of screws, but I can't find any information on how to use them and for what.

Can anyone please tell me what the screws are for? 

Also the focuser was shipped heavily tilted, so any suggestions how can I adjust ACU focusers tilt would be appreciated.
