Pentax SP series vs PCF WPII Bins?

Recommended Posts

After a bit of advice after searching for the relevant info, please.

Are the two model lines in the topic title the same specification?

Has anyone experience of buying via microglobe.co.uk?  They have some very keen prices.

Thanks.

The PCF WPII's are fairly 'bottom end' of the Pentax range. That said, I own a pair and am happy with them for the price. Coma is pretty bad for about the outer 40% of the view. I like them because they sit nicely in my hands, and the locking focus means I grab them and they are ready to go.

I have bought the SP 10x50.

First gap in the seemingly infinite cloud cover last night.

Moon and Jupiter being the subjects of necessity, due to being encompassed by lmp Suns.

Happy to wite I am extremely pleased with the view. Excellent.

As per other peoples cons, the case/bag, lens covers are a let down.

Could do with some 2" winged eyecups if anyone could point me in right direction?

20x60's next? A distinct possibility.
