can anyone tell me if you need anything other than the drivers to get the Microsoft game pad to work wireless with eqmod and windows 7. I have a wireless game pad and wondered if after plugging it in if there is an inbuilt wots it inside that would make it work or do I need something else. Many thanks....Geoff

Windows "should" install the correct drivers - unless the gamepad came with its own and work straight away - well, mine did anyway

Should be plug and play - however you will have to initialise it and allocate the buttons in EQMOD the first time you use it.  I just have one joystick for NSEW and four buttons for Rates 1,2,3,and4.  The only other buttons I assign are park, unpark and STOP!

thanks for your help ? . I have no internet at the moment but when it comes back on I will give it a go as I have to download the drivers. Thanks again
