First time with modded DSLR

I have a new 600D modded which I went out with last night to try out with the also new ED80. Apart from not taking any dark frames, no idea why, the images are all heavily tinged green. Do I need to set up the white balance or is this normal? Also, am I not supposed to be able to connect the camera to the reducer and then to the diagonal? I found last night that my focus stars were only apparent if I removed the diagonal? Thanks guys,

Don´t worry about the green tinge.

When taking images in Raw format you can adjust the white balance at will in postprocessing.

I attach my modded 600D to  my ed 80 directly with the 0.8x fiel corrector directly to the scope with no diagonal.

Thanks, what should the setting be for white balance on the camera then?

I usually leave my WB setting at Daylight. As stated above, you can do colour correction in software later on.
