IC 2944, IC 2948 - Lambda Centauri Cluster, Running Chicken Nebula in the constellation Centaurus by Mike O'Day ( 500px.com/MikeODay ).

Open cluster and emission nebula in the southern sky beside the 3rd magnitude star, Lambda Centauri.

Well, not so much in that image... but in this one I think I caught him getting ready to cross whatever it is that astro-chickens cross.
