HUGE!!! 12ft x 3 ft !!!!!!

The company I work for have had a printer on loan for a week and we were offered the chance of getting a couple of colour prints for free. So I picked my noctilucent cloud widefield from 2014 and I made the montage image below. I thought they would be around 2ft x 1ft maybe, perfect for the observatory.  I couldn't believe my eyes when they both came out at around 12ft x 3ft  one would fit all the way around the obsy, with some spare left over it made everyone at work very amused!

So I have passed them on to a friend who is going to have them put up in his sons lower school. I also had my Lunar eclipse printed which thankfully came out at approx 2ft x 1ft.

Amazing. I am thinking of getting a 1m square print of my biggest lunar images (100 Mpixel, so I would get 250 pixels per inch :D). I would need a printer like that one to do the job. Wouldn't know where to hang it, however
