Connecting to SkiFi safari

Okay guys, how do you connect the SkyFi unit to the CGEM? I tried connecting it to the handbox.

My setup: CGEM, StarSense, iPad Air (iOS 9.3), SkySafari 5 Pro.

Maybe the problem is that I'm using the StarSense handbox. If that's not the place to plug in the SkyFi cable, then where?

What I selected in SkySafari:

Celestron AVX/CGE/CGEM

Equatorial GoTo (German)

SjySafari says it can talk to SkyFi, but not to the mount.

Is there something in the StarSense handbox that needs to be configured?

Hi John,

Not sure what to suggest on this. Does it work using the original hand controller rather than the Starsense? Which cable are you using to connect?

Perhaps a few pictures of how it is connected might help. I don't recall any need to configure the controller, the configuration is around connecting to the wifi which you seem to have setup ok.

Hi John and welcome to SGL. 

Not sure what to suggest either, but I am guessing here... I think you need a Bluetooth dongle that attaches to your mount.
