Copernicus Emerges

Hi all, had some lovely lunar views last night along the terminator and ticked off about 4 or 5 of the lunar 100.

Snapped off a few iPhone images and my favourite is this crop of one I took of the Erastothenes/Stadius/Copernicus region. I like the way that Copernicus is just emerging into the light and with this illumination you can get a grip on just how high the crater walls are... It certainly is a big old hole in the ground!
