No real advances in processing... "Somehow" this effort is also
slightly rotated? And Hey, I fancied RED prominences this time!
(Must learn to resize / feather properly. Work on uniformity etc.)

Nice image Chris. Colour is in the eye of the beholder, go with whatever you want. I like the fiery red.

Subjectively, it does seem to make them stand out better?
And has some element of truth... If one had VERY non-linear
vision! Even in DS, I can just about deal with TWO colours...

Nice shot. I like to add colour, but also appreciate the B&W views. I often present a series of different colour styles of the same image, because each brings out different detail best

Had thought that solar imaging would be trivial! But we are never happy?

As I mention elsewhere, contemplating a "tilter" and (second) rotator now!
