How to uninstall Starlight Live

I installed the subject program about a week ago to see how it works. I am trying to uninstall it, but it does not show up on the list of programs installed in the computer. I have Windows 7. It is not under Control Panel-Uninstall programs either. Any thoughts ?  Thanks,

Where have you looked?

It may have its own uninstall procedure in the program starts section or you may be able to uninstall it under the recently installed section in programs installed. Or you may find it in the directory "programs" , or "programs x86" and be able to delete it.

Some seem to hide themselves quite successfully.

 

Just realised it is written by Paul81, here on SGL, so asking him, is the best idea.

Are you running it from a shortcut?

Right-Click on the shortcut and then select "Properties", then "Open File Location".

That will take you to the folder where you prog is located.

I know where the program is located ( on a folder on the desktop), but I can not uninstall it !!!

Okay, Right-Click on the .exe in the folder and then select "Properties".

At the bottom you will see "Attributes".

If there's a tick in "Read Only", you're not allowed to alter it.

Un-tick "Read Only" and you should then be able to delete it.

There is no uninstall for this program.

Just delete the folder and it's gone.
