First ever star trails

This is my first ever star trail image. It was taken with a canon 1100d processed in Starstax and touched up in Gimp. Overall I am pleased with the result but there is a little gradient across the frame. Edit. It also seems to have uploaded at a low resolution.

That has come out OK, to save me counting is that about 75 frames?

Nice dotted trails at the edge, that makes it kind of special. It certainly is a good image!

I've heard that if you upload your image as a .png it will show sharper.
