Files needed

Good afternoon, I am looking for the following file  MetScat_starter_v1.usr mentioned here in the forum, despite Mr. Google was not successful so far!

Intention is to automatically monitor Graves reflections with FUNcube Dongle and Spectrum lab.

Sky at Night mag' had an article on this a while ago, I think they had all the necessary files on their website
May still be available.
