ascom platform problem

Help needed please im trying to install software for an eq6 pro i have downloaded Eqdir driver , ascom platform62  ,installed it ok ,but when i try too install the eqmod  Eqascom v128  i get an error saying i must install ascom platform which i have ,can anyone help or am i installing something wrong im running windows 10.

I installed mine some time back so its a bit sketchy with, but install Ascom, then tell it what mount and scope you will be connecting, then install EQMod, this may work.....

right click the eqmod download & select "run as administrator" and accept any warnings.

Try it in the warm in day light if you can set the mount up indoors, doesn't require the scope to be mounted just use Stellarium to slew the mount head about and check it goes in the right direction.

Yes that was what I was aiming for , no such thing as a five minute job     Hopefully just a glitch

Seems bullguard was quarantining files hopefully sorted will connect to the mount when i get a minute and see if its communicating to the pc
