Sliding roof type sheds

Hi

i am looking to make a more permanent home for my scope. Rather than buy an entire observatory (£6000), I was thinking along the shed type. Looking around, these roll off roof types seem very popular. However, I came across one from a years back with a roof that simply slides down the angle of the apex. I wondered if anyone had one of these or knows where I can buy one from (in the UK). I'll attach a picture below. Seems very capable and would suit my needs. This particular shed was discontinued in 2007

This is what I have done. The scope points East.

It cost less than £200 including decking.  It is a

2X2 meter gazebo ,which I  modified. All water

tight, & survived all the weather, we have just

had.  just an idea.

Hi Joe.

 

I made a roll off roof obsey from a plastic keter shed. It wasn't difficult and before it was ror I used to just lift the roof off as it was nice and light. I mention that in case you don't have the space for roll off
