Windows Macro Recorder/playback and Scheduling

I am looking for recommendations for Windows "Marco" software to record keystrokes and play them back to a schedule. This is to automate meteor capture to a time schedule. I am aware of the normal CCD automation software but this system is fixed and all I need to do is set up and trigger a set of exposures to a time schedule using the CCD's native capture application. I have found some candidates via a Google search but wanted to see if anyone had any direct experience of such packages.
