camera mount

Hi there-I have a Fuji hs10 camera and a skywatcher discovery150 scope. couple of questions:

1. Is this mount compatable wit my setup? if so has anyone got any experience/opions of it? or any other mounts they can suggest?

2. What can I realisticly expect to get out of this set up-I would idealy like to get Jupiter, Saturn,  orion nebula and hopefully the Andromada galaxy.

I have a very similar model to what you've linked. They get bad reviews all over. I, however, took the time to disassemble the thing and grease all the threads with a Teflon® based bicycle-lube. Now it's smooth as silk. If that will fit your camera, and you're willing to roll up your sleeves and get a bit greasy - you should be good to go.

Centering them perfectly in the eyepiece can be a real pain. I tried rubber bands and bunji cords and...well then I tossed mine in my parts box and gave up. Kind of like a toy.

I didn't have any major problem centering mine with either a Logitech Webcam, or my Canon digital camera. The grease made the centering quite easy. This was for eyepiece-projection.

Any Idea what sort of quality of photos I would get with this setup?-not expecting too much but enough to impress people with would be good!
