Do i need to use flats if im not using filters?

Hi all,

Darks and Bias i can make after ive taken my images. But without being able to leave my scope till natural light do i need flats? I'll be using a canon 100d attached via a 2x barlow and t-ring to a Skywatcher explorer 130.

I will also be taking shots just using my 18-55 lens that i could take indoors and take under artifical lights. Would that achieve the same result?

you dont need them but it does help to have them, I was the same just taking subs and ending up not happy with the result, taking darks, flats and bias massivly improves the end result
