Pete Presland
Just doing some 60 second RGB's last and while doing a "B" channel at 22:09 last night something crossed the disc. The usual imaging set up C9.25/ASI120mm. It went across quite slowly so I thought it must be something that is a good distance away, Asteroid maybe? But then it looked quite large in comparison to Jupiter, so maybe smaller and nearer than I think? Whatever it was it made a pretty average imaging session in pretty average conditions quite interesting. Sorry not sure how to embed AVI into post. cgarry
I have no idea what it is, but great catch anyway. Cheers, Chris

JB80
Even if it is a balloon it's still a cool capture Pete.
Barv
Interesting. I think it may be an asteroid or even a satelite. Well done anyway. Harvey

Davey-T
Spooky Pete, saw a similar thing crossing the Sun a few months back but unfortunately not videoing at the time. Dave
