M81 - Beginner Shot needing assistance

Combination of 12 600sec subs, 50bias, 50flat, 18darks. Processed in Pixinsight. Some way short of being good but wondering if I should be expecting more from this amount of Data (Atik 314L+ OSC) and if as I suspect I should how to tease it out better? Any pointers hugely appreciated.

More of a 4th or 5th effort but I still don't feel much more like I know what I'm doing than the first time - Its a one shot colour atik. Thankyou.
