EQ6 mount firmware update

Can anyone help me please ?

I have updated my mount to 3.37 and I keep getting 'Alt/Dec no response error. I do not have any previous firmware as i have started to get back into astrophotography and the last time I used the mount and set up was back in 2013. If anyone can help me by sending me the 3.36 or 3.35 firmware that would be much appreciated.
