Hi all I'm Ken I'm a civil engineer from Staffordshire . I've been a visual astronomer for a few years now but over the last year I've started a little astrophotography where I think my future lies. My main scope is an 11"edgehd on a Cpc mount and pro wedge. I also bought a takahashi fsq 85 recently for some widefield photography with a canon 6d .

Welcome to SGL Ken, be careful of astrophotography that way lies madness and bankruptcy.

Hi Ken and welcome to the forum. Astrophotography is certain a very popular aspect of astronomy and is certainly well represented here for any advice that you might need in the future.

Clear skies and hope you enjoy your stay here.
