polemaster, polar alignment , guiding ... happy face !

Happy chappy ! Just tried QHY Polemaster as a gap in clouds between 6 and 7 also dabbled with guiding.

Managed PA in about 5 minutes , so all good with Polemaster. Tried 90 seconds on M42 ... Looked tight stars on camera. Quickly fired up PhD and managed a 4 minute before clouds rolled in.

I know 4 minutes is nothing special but I've only ever had tight stars up to 90 seconds so I was mildly ecstatic in a very immature way ?

Need to work out how to get rid of light pollution filter blue cast next in learning list .
