1st steady-pix pic

Here are a couple of pic I took last night using the steady-pix.

I am happy with these as I wanted to try several of the items I had bought at AF before the clouds rolled in so I was less thorough than I would have been normally.

My initial views are

1- Easy to attache and generally stable.

2- Camera did not move once in position.

3- Not easy to get camera correctly lined up.

4- Focus can be nudged out whilst adjusting the camera.

On the Moon I don't think the Steady-pix offers a significant advantage over handholding but for the planets the extra stability may make all the difference

Ian when you up the Magnification your steady pix will come into it's own esp with the Moon and Planets.
