Gimp 2.8 Astrophotography Plugins - Cant load them in

How do I load in the Astrophotography plugins into Gimp. 

I have downloaded them and copied the *.exe files in the Gimp plug in folder and the same for the scripts in the C drive.

I cant seem to find how to get them to load into Gimp to use.
