1st Jupiter of 2016

Very nice to get a session in on the 1st day of the year. When I went out at 3:30am  it was pretty clear, but it soon became a little hazy. Fortunately the seeing conditions were good for once probably getting on for a 8/10. With all 4 main moons to one side of Jupiter it made for a stunning sight.

The usual set up C9.25/ASI120mm. 4,000 frames per channel, stacked in A/S, lightly processed in C/S2.

I have reduced the red a little as suggested and also added the moons I captured that morning as well. With hindsight I should done RGB's for the moons as well and maybe made them a little brighter perhaps.

Hi Pete.

This one's much better and getting moons in is also a bonus so well done for that. - You must be pleased!

Regards

Harvey
