you havnt seen the one in here in Coin mercado!! no eye piece at all. No lens. No good! The guy just shrugged his shoulders and pointed to one one the legs on the stand! lol!

It looks like my first scope, except mine was red, a Tasco 49T-E... And mine was significantly cleaner.

I'm sure the label says it's an aromatic lens-it probably is. Japanese optics though.

I went to see the restoration work on the Dornier 17 at RAF Cosford a few weeks ago. It was in a far better condition despite being under the English Channel for the last 70 years. What's this telescope's excuse?

It might still be better than the plastic toy telescope from Woolworths I got for my 8th birthday :-)

As a boy I'd have had hours of fun trying to make this one work.

I think that's half of a "Gemini" hand held mount. Castor is still present, Pollux got lost along the way :-)
