Philippine telescope/binoculars seller?

I've been searching on online stores for telescopes and binoculars, they are affordable but the shipping is the problem due to it can raise up to thrice the price of the scope or more. I live in the Philippines and wanna know if there are sellers of telescopes. Thanks in advance.
