1st Lunar Mosaic - Full Moon 27/09/2015

Only just got around to processing this. Six videos of 600 frames each, stacked in Registax and then stitched in Microsoft Ice. The final image was processing in Registax using wavelets, contrast and brightness. 

I used a Skywatcher 130p on an EQ5 with RA tracking. The cam used was a Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 with a cheap IR cut filter that is built into the 1.25"adapter.

I'm going to have to learn to take my time with the processing, but I'm pretty happy with this one.

Very nice work. ICE always does a good job on lunar mosaics, I find. I personally prefer using deconvolution in ImPPG to wavelets in Registax. I think it gives subtly better results.

Nice work. There is a bit of artifact on the terminator, especially at top-right. That's a problem I also have with lunar images when sharpening with wavelets, I'm not sure of the best way to fix it but some people blend in a less-sharpened version at the edges.

Thanks Knight, what does the artefact look like? when you say terminator do you mean the edge of the moon or the points between the seas and the lighter areas?
