Very good pictures for just 11 minutes of data!    It's an excellent camera, that A7S.  You processed the data well to give excellent star colour.

If you are shooting raw data, I see no need to push it beyond ISO 4000 - all you are doing is to saturate the stars earlier and not increasing the ability to resolve faint stuff.

Using it in bulb mode (for the 60sec exposures) did you notice any problems from the star eating issue?
