legion48 16
After yet another evening of trying and failing to find m51, I was thinking of packing up but noticed that M13 had risen above the neighbors roof. I only managed 20 subs before clouds forced me to bed, but as it was my first attempt at M13 I'm quite please with the result.

Starflyer 229
That's a great image Tony. What are you using to stack and process your LX images?Cheers,Ian
legion48 16
Hi Ian. I'm using K3CCD tools for the stacking. I've got DSS but it never seems to work for me, just makes a bright blob of everything. I use PhotoImpact for most of the processing. It's a freebie I got with a digital camera ages ago. I do have PS but I haven't gotten to grips with it yet.
Starflyer 229
Thanks Tony.I'm hoping to have the gear to try some LX imaging by the end of the summer, I'm really looking forward to it, but at the same time I know it's going to keep costing me dearly Cheers,Ian
