Dark lines during capture

While capturing M13 last night, some of the frames looked like this:

Sometimes the line was slightly further down in the image, and sometimes it wasn't there at all.

Anyone seen this effect before? I didn't get it when I took my flats or darks for some reason.

Looks like a low voltage problem. Did you do the darks and flats first? And, did your darks work, as having a dark band on them will be probably unobvious.

My 16HR goes wonky if I don't feed it properly, so I get banding ocasionally.

I used to get that occasionally with my 2HS,

I seem to remember that increasing the post exposure time reduced the number of time I got it.

i only use my 2HS for guiding now and it's a long time since I used it for imaging so I could be wrong about the timer.

I think Ian's on the right track, try increasing the post exposure time to 100ms.
