Brilliant steviemac!  

I managed some lunar observing 2 nights ago, its been 2 months since I have set the scope up.  It was a very lazy session with a beer, the moon filter in and just moving up and down the plossls.

Dedicated session to Lunar = lovely times.

The grumpy old man in me somehow struggles with the term 'super moon', which just seems to be a media invention to get people excited over a slightly bigger moon than normal!! Humbug!!

Don't let that detract from a great image though
