iPhone video of Saturn

Superb view and well done. You are not really much of a cure for apperture fever, I look at you photos and now video and wonder what 36 inches might look like, I guess some of our American friends with very deep pockets must think the same way.

Thanks chaps it was a very enjoyable night, not too cold although a bit dewy.

Saturn was a bit past zenith and on its way down. I had a go at Neptune and Uranus later on but was less successful with those videos, I guess we'll have to wait for the technology of the iPhone 9 or 10.

Tracking was done by ArgoNavis and ServoCat.

I still have bouts of aperture fever but from my experience muscling the 28" around I can see that I am close to the limit of what's practical for one man on his own to handle. I think a 32" would be about it, after that weight, hassle and expense become exponential.
