Pluto Heart smear

Is it just me, or does the "heart" on Pluto look like 2 smears? To me it kind of looks like 2 impacts, probably at slowish speed, with the older impact coming up from the left. That might go some way to explain the strange "flow" patterns seen in these white blobs if a ball of ice hitting Pluto, melting somewhat and flowing around before cooling again.
