It looks like the OVL off axis guider. I use it occasionally, it's a very solid bit of kit, all nicely finished metal. It has a nice shallow profile so you can still fit filters and barrows in there. One thing to mention - be careful when removing/inserting the prism into the housing, you can chip the edge of the glass.
