SkyWatcher SynScan settings for Namibia

Hi all,

I'm currently in Namibia or work and brought a SkyWatcher EQ3 & SynScan with me. I'm not quite sure what the right settings for the hand control initial setup are. According to the timezone map, I should set timezone +1 but I'm not sure about daylight saving times. We are one hour behind CEST but here is also summer time... so which setting do I use? Daylight saving yes or no?

I would use DST only if Namibia actually use it. If they do not change times in the spring or autumn I would leave it along.
