Hi,

I purchased a Tracer 12V 22Ah Lithium Polymer Power Pack from Tring Astro Centre yesterday.

I had a technical query after reading the accompanying booklet.

I contacted Tracerpower by email this morning at 08:09am and got a reply at 09:06am.

Less than an hour later , they answered my question with clarity.

I purchased the battery so that I don't need to try and carry a 26 kilo battery at my age!!!

The new battery is just over a kilo...

So excellent after sales service.
