Additional Filter Recommendations/Effects

I have an Orion glass filter fitted to my ST80 that I used to get some images of the Sun over the eclipse. Now that we are getting better weather I'm thinking of getting it going again and doing some imaging. However I was just wondering what effect using this filter in conjunction with other filters might be and if there is any benefit in investing in some to improve what I may see, such as O III, ND, Colour, Ha, S II, etc.

I have also been digging around and found a H alpha kit from 1000 Oaks (http://www.thousandoaksoptical.com/halpha.html) and just wondered if anyone had any experience of these and if they were a worthwhile investment. Although I do realize that this would never be as good an option as a dedicated Ha scope.
