Managed to get my dream setup last year, Takahashi FSQ-106EDX4 f/5 Quadruplet Petzval APO Refractor, mounted on a Paramount MX+.  Pictures show this mounted along with a Pentax 75 in a dual mount configuration (though I no longer own the Pentax) all in my cosy roll-off-roof obsy.

 

Next image shows a Lunt LS60THa mounted on a Skywatcher SolarQuest Mount

Yes sure, I did tested it couple of times and it worked just fine.

I did say the last 6’’ I’d buy but not the last 5’’ this beauty turned up today Birthday treat and early Xmas gift to myself will post better pics when I get chance to set her up weather is looking shocking though

My smallest scope is my most used scope, that is Takahashi Sky-90. Love this little scope, gives sharp views, it's compact. One needs to grow to love this scope. Bought a new Sky90 15 years ago, sold it within a year or three. After more then a decade of having tried different scopes, I have come to appreciate the strength and weak of different type of scopes. A few months ago I found a well cared used one, bought it immediately, it's a keeper. I use the little scope on a Tak Lapides or these days on AZ-GTi.

What a nice Christmas present Garry, even if you did have to buy it yourself - I hope you're going to wrap it in Christmas paper and leave it under the tree until Christmas morning

What an incredible view you have! Well, unless those mountains block the south No seriously, I forget there are places like this in the world!

Here is the oldest scope I own, made perhaps during the 60s.

As shown in another thread, it came into my possession as a road find almost five years ago, and after some cleanup provides enjoyable views of the heavens.
